A Special meeting of the Jacksons Creek HOA will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday October 21, 2012 at the JCHOA clubhouse located at 5522 Timber Ridge Road.  Sign in will begin at 3:00 p.m. 

 

The purpose of the meeting is solely to vote on a special assessment for purpose of repaying a loan for the clubhouse renovation.

 

For business to be conducted at the special meeting a quorum must be met.  If you are unable to attend please complete the Proxy Form that was  mailed to you (be sure to sign and date it) and have your proxy bring the proxy form with the ballot to the meeting.  Or deliver the proxy form with the ballot to the Secretary of the Association Carolin Lowden, by Friday October 19, 2012.
