Jacksons Creek Clubhouse Revitilization Meeting

Your Jacksons Creek Home Owners Association Board of Directors would like to thank all of the homeowners who came to the special meeting yesterday and who voiced their opinions and cast their votes for the two important issues before us.
We would also like to thank and recognize Dawn Coliano and those who have served and who continue to serve on the Clubhouse Renovation Committee for their significant contributions to the betterment of our neighborhood.
The results of the vote are:
INITIATION FEE:
For - 151 (83%)
Against - 32 (17%)
CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION:
For -113 (62%)
Against - 70 (38%)
The Board will move quickly to implement the Initiation Fee as it has been approved. The Clubhouse Renovation clearly has support from a majority of voting homeowners, however the package as presented did not receive the required 75% approval rating to move forward.
